I can see how this all began when the Turks were first confronted with American movies : ‘Let’s censor this part, and this part. And this one. This one too. Oh and especially this one. Oh and what the heck, why don’t we remake the entire movie ourselves? Good idea Kumar!’
The result? Us human beings have been blessed with gems of cinematography, treasures that will last forever. I give you the Turkish Star Wars version (10 minutes of it), starring the one and only Cuneyt Arkin :
Notice the sick fight scenes and the clever use of the Indiana Jones soundtrack. Wow.

2Yeah I think it is. I wasn’t sure about the soundtrack but it seems crappy enough. Can you believe that some people have actually paid to see this?
